Thanks to an import button, the file will import your price list on Excel as well as your customer database which is located in a folder on the server.

We tell it the path to your folders and every update of prices, customers, conditions, etc… will be updated in your commercial offer template automatically!

In order to make your model of calculation tool for commercial offers, we will develop and automate the tasks with parameters and vba macro of Excel.

You will then have these elements as shown in our video :

A customer drop-down list (linked to all its conditions)
Product buttons, with specific product groups
A button creating the PDF
Via a button, your offer will be placed in a follow-up page of your offers

Once your offer has been designed, we provide you with a tool in which you can track your offer!
Via a validation button, the data composing the offer will be sent to a follow-up database (date, customer, price, amount, etc.), with the status of the offer, and numbered automatically.
